WeRide (HKG:0800) priced its Hong Kong initial public offering at HK$27.10 per share, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday, seeking to raise up to HK$2.4 billion.
The Chinese autonomous driving technology company launched its Hong Kong offering last week with plans to offer up to 88.25 million shares.
The IPO's underwriters have the option to purchase an additional 13.2 million shares to cover overallotments.
Allocation results are due Wednesday, ahead of WeRide's trading debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Thursday.
