United Microelectronics (UMC) said Thursday its net sales in October decreased 0.4% year over year to about 21.29 billion New Taiwan dollars ($688.2 million).
For the ten months through October, net sales increased 1.94% year over year to NT$197.04 billion, the company said.
Shares were 2.6% lower in premarket activity Thursday.
