GPT Group (ASX:GPT) reported an occupancy of 98% and a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 4.4 years for the quarter ending Sept. 30, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Retail investment portfolio occupancy was 99.6% with a WALE of 3.9 years, and office investment occupancy was 95.2% with a WALE of 4.7 years.
Logistics investment portfolio occupancy was 98.4% with a WALE of 4.7 years.
The company expects full-year funds from operations of about AU$0.34 per share, up 5.5% from a year ago and up from previous guidance of more than AU$0.332 per share.
The company maintained fiscal 2025 distribution guidance of AU$0.24 per share.
