Genetic Signatures (ASX:GSS) revised the remuneration package for Chief Executive Allison Rossiter, setting her base salary at AU$515,000 and introducing performance-based long-term incentives worth up to 25% of her salary, effective Oct. 1, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
All other elements of her prior remuneration and termination arrangements remain unchanged, per the filing.
