SiteMinder (ASX:SDR) Chief Executive Sankar Narayan has increased his stake in the company after exercising 57,674 expiring options and converting 15,501 vested performance rights into ordinary shares, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Narayan's combined direct and indirect shareholding rose by 22,791 shares to 7.2 million ordinary shares, representing about 2.6% of the company's issued capital, the filing said.
The company's shares fell past 2% in recent Friday trade.
