West African Resources (ASX:WAF) reported total third-quarter gold production of 92,721 ounces at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of $1,532 per ounce, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
In the same period last year, the company produced 47,799 ounces at an AISC of $1,296 an ounce, an earlier filing showed.
The company sold 75,892 ounces of gold in the three months ended Sept. 30 at an average price of $3,396 per ounce, compared with sales of 49,643 ounces at $2,493 per ounce a year earlier.
It said it remains on track to meet its 2025 guidance of 190,000 to 210,000 ounces at an AISC of less than $1,350 per ounce.
