BUZZ-Copper miners slide as metal extends losses on stronger dollar, demand jitters
** U.S.-listed shares of copper miners fall premarket, tracking a decline in red metal prices
** Benchmark copper CMCU3 on the London Metal Exchange down 2.4% at $10,595 a metric ton, the lowest since October 22
** Copper prices fall for fourth straight session, hits two-week low as dollar strengthens and demand fears persist
** Global mining giants Rio TintoRIO.N and BHP Group BHP.N down 2.3% and 3.1%, respectively
** Copper miners Southern CopperSCCO.N down 3.1% and Freeport-McMoran FCX.N fall 3.5%
** Canadian miners Teck Resources TECK.N decline 4.6% and Hudbay Minerals HBM.N down 3.4%
