BYD's (SHE:002594, HKG:1211) total vehicle production fell 20% to 429,808 units in October from 536,134 units in the year-ago period, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Sales slipped 12% to 441,706 units from 502,657 units in the prior-year period, the filing said.
