Santana Minerals (NZE:SMI, ASX:SMI) said its Matakanui Gold unit submitted a fast-track approvals application to develop its Bendigo-Ophir Gold project in New Zealand, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The approval is expected to be granted by the end of fiscal 2026, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose past 2% in recent Monday trade in New Zealand.
