Co-Diagnostics (CODX) said Tuesday it signed an agreement with several institutional investors for the sale of more than 12.7 million shares at $0.55 apiece to raise $7 million.

Shares sank 54%, with intraday trading volume of over 61.6 million against a daily average of about 23.8 million.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE) reported lower Q3 adjusted funds from operations and revenue from a year ago. It also cut the midpoint of its 2025 outlook for adjusted FFO.

Shares slumped 18% as intraday trading volume soared to over 8.3 million from a daily average of about 1.5 million.

Zebra Technologies (ZBRA) reported Q3 results, with net sales growth in line with expectations.

Shares dropped 16%, with intraday trading volume of over 1.92 million versus a daily average of about 573,000.
