1422 ET - ServiceNow's 3Q results are further proof that the company is a key winner for AI-related demand, Truist Securities analysts say in a note. "AI is translating from proof-of-concept to significant commercial impact in the ServiceNow business," the analysts say, pointing to 12 deals worth over $1 million, including one over $10 million, in its Now Assist generative AI business. AI-driven consumption is expanding rapidly as well, with Now Assist use up 55 times since May, including 1,700 live customers and major accounts boosting broader enterprise uptake, they note.
