Tetra Technologies' top finance officer, Elijio Serrano, is retiring from the energy services and solutions company early next year.

Tetra on Monday said Matthew Sanderson, currently executive vice president and chief commercial officer, will succeed Serrano as chief financial officer on March 31, 2026.

Sanderson, 52 years old, joined Tetra in 2016 and has been in his current post since September 2022.

Tetra said Serrano, who has been senior vice president and chief financial officer since August 2012, will stay on as adviser to Chief Executive Brady Murphy on terms to be agreed upon.
