Formula One, former commercial supremo Bernie Ecclestone and the governing FIA will ask London's High Court to throw out a lawsuit brought by former Ferrari driver Felipe Massa seeking recognition as the 2008 world champion and financial compensation. Massa alleges the mishandling of a deliberate crash by another driver during the 2008 Singapore Grand Prix ultimately cost him the title by a single point and is claiming up to 64 million pounds ($85.5 million) plus interest.
