AuthID Inc. announced that one of the largest retailers in Europe, ranked among the top twenty retailers globally, has selected and implemented authID's PrivacyKey biometric technology to secure identity verification and password reset systems for its workforce. The deployment has resulted in reduced failed password reset attempts, improved onboarding and verification rates, and decreased reliance on manual helpdesk interventions. The rollout integrates with the retailer's existing IT infrastructure and supports a diverse range of government-issued documents for employee onboarding. AuthID continues to expand its partnerships, including an OEM arrangement for its Proof and PrivacyKey products with a biometric hardware provider's identity orchestration technology supplier.
