Huatai Securities' (SHA:601688, HKG:6886) subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings, provided a guarantee for the HK$385 million medium-term bonds issued by its unit, Huatai International Finance, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.
Huatai International's guarantee will be provided to all the bonds Huatai International Finance will issue under its $3 billion medium-term bond program, which was launched in 2020.
