Datang International Power Generation (HKG:0991, SHA:601991) completed the issuance of 2 billion yuan worth of super short-term commercial paper, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
The bonds have a 1.47% coupon rate and a term of 59 days.
Bank of Jiangsu (SHA:600919) is the lead underwriter and bookrunner of the issuance.
