Jabil executive chairman Mark Mondello and two other directors won't seek reelection at the company's upcoming shareholder meeting.
Steve Raymund, the board's lead director, is expected to take over as chairman following Mondello's departure.
The contract manufacturer of electrical components said Thursday that Mondello will depart from the board and as executive chairman after the January meeting. The exit closes 12 years on the board and 33 years with Jabil, including his tenure as chief executive from 2013 to 2023.
Board members Kathleen Walters and Jamie Siminoff are also on the way out, Jabil said. Walters was an independent director from 2005 to 2011 and rejoined in 2019.
Siminoff, the founder of the video-doorbell company Ring, joined the board last year. He is leaving after returning to a full-time role at Amazon.com as vice president of product at Ring, which Amazon acquired in 2018.
