DP Poland renewed its franchise agreement with U.S. Domino's Pizza for 10 years, which includes a further 10-year renewal option.
The operator of Domino's pizza stores and restaurants across Poland and Croatia said Monday it has exercised its ten-year renewal option under the master franchise agreement with U.S. Domino's Pizza International Franchising.
Under the terms of the deal, the London-listed company would keep the exclusive rights to develop and operate the Domino's Pizza brand in Poland, including company-owned stores and sub-franchise operations, it added.
The agreement became effective on Sep.1 and extends for ten years through to 31 August, 2035. The deal also includes a further ten year renewal option, which would extend the term of the current agreement through to 2045.
