Acco Group Shares Rise in Nasdaq Debut

Acco Group (ACCL) shares were higher in their Nasdaq debut on Friday after the company priced its initial public offering of 1.4 million shares at $4 a share.

The stock was up about 4% at $4.16 in recent trading after opening at $4.05. It hit a high of $4.45 earlier.

The Hong Kong-based corporate services provider has granted its underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 210,000 additional shares. It expects to close the offering Oct. 20.

The company said the use of net proceeds include for business expansion, incorporating generative AI features into its business modules, and for general working capital purposes.
