Huayu Automotive Systems (SHA:600741) completed the acquisition of 49% of Shanghai SAIC Qingtao Energy Technology, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
SAIC Qingtao was renamed to Qingtao Power Technology (Shanghai) after finishing the industrial and commercial registration change procedures.
The Chinese automobile parts manufacturer's shares slipped 1% during morning trade.
