archTIS Secures AU$250,000 Contract to Provide Services to US Firm on the US Department of Defense's Behalf, Shares Decline 10%

archTIS (ASX:AR9) secured a contract, valued at AU$250,000, to provide services to Copper River Technologies, a US-based reseller of archTIS' products, on behalf of the US Department of Defense, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
archTIS will provide services for its NC Protect product, seeking to develop new features requested by the department for deeper integration with existing department classification and Microsoft tools in a highly classified security environment.
It will seek to enter into a large licensing deal for the NC Protect product and continue support for the expected additional licensing sales.
The contract is slated for completion by Jan. 16, 2026.
Its shares declined 10% in recent trading on Friday.
