Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Highlights Encouraging Execution -- Market Talk

1345 ET - This year's Victoria's Secret fashion show signaled improving execution as the bra retailer incorporated consumer feedback from last year, TD Cowen's Jonna Kim and Oliver Chen say in a note. The runway included influencers and celebrities as well as greater representation of ethnic diversity to cater to the company's diverse consumer cohort, the analysts say. The show also placed further emphasis on its PINK brand and had a higher mix of apparel, they say. Overall, the show marks another culturally relevant moment that will garner interest leading up to the holiday season, though the company's key Gen Z cohort appears increasingly under pressure from rising student debt and unemployment, they say.
