ASP Isotopes Signs Silicon-28 Supply Deal, Acquires Radiopharmacy in Florida; Shares Rise Pre-Bell

ASP Isotopes (ASPI) said Monday it has signed an agreement to supply a US-based customer with silicon-28, with deliveries expected during Q1 2026.

Financial details of the contract, and the name of the customer, weren't disclosed.

The supply agreement represents ASP Isotopes' largest silicon-28 contract to date, the company said. Silicon-28 is a key material in development of solid-state quantum computing and advanced semiconductor architectures, ASP Isotopes added.

The company also announced the acquisition of a radiopharmacy in Florida, to expand the nuclear medicine operations of PET Labs Pharmaceuticals, the company's South African radiopharmaceutical company. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to 2026 revenues, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, and earnings per share, the company said.

Financial details of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

Shares of ASP Isotopes were up nearly 13% in recent Monday premarket activity.
