Solidion Technology (STI) said Monday it expects its Peak battery system for artificial intelligence data centers to be commercially available in Q1.

Shares almost quadrupled as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 85.8 million from a daily average of about 1.6 million.

Shares of Critical Metals (CRML) surged past 44% while those of Blackboxstocks (BLBX) jumped over 40% after Blackboxstocks said that its merger target, REalloys, has signed a letter of intent with Critical Metals for a 10-year offtake agreement.

More than 46.7 million shares of Critical Metals traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 9.9 million. Over 3.6 million shares of Blackboxstocks traded intraday, versus its daily average of roughly 73,000.

American Battery Technology (ABAT) said Monday that it had completed and submitted all required baseline studies and subsequent reports to the US Bureau of Land Management as part of the National Environmental Policy Act review process.

Shares surged 36% as intraday trading volume soared to more than 37 million from a daily average of about 8.5 million.
