   CHICAGO, Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- GTCR, a leading private equity 
firm, announced today the simultaneous signing and closing of a 
strategic, structured minority investment in Solmetex (the "Company"). 
Solmetex is a leading provider of dental products, systems, and 
consumables such as amalgam separation, waterline safety solutions, 
dental isolation technology, and regenerative biomaterials. 
 
 
 
   Founded in 1994 as a dental water treatment company focused on the safe 
removal of mercury waste from dental offices, Solmetex now provides 
amalgam separation solutions to over 85,000 dental offices across the 
United States. Through the acquisition and integration of complementary 
products, the Company has expanded its portfolio to include solutions 
for dental waterline treatment and maintenance, modern dental isolation 
solutions and regenerative biomaterials. 
 
 
   GTCR will collaborate with Solmetex's current shareholders, including
