Xstate Resources (ASX:XST) said that logging has identified three zones of net gas pay at the company's Diona-1 exploration well in Queensland, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will now formalize an operations committee to finalize testing and decide the possible stimulation of the three zones independently to collect data, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 32% at market close.
