JD Logistics (HKG:2618) raised annual transaction caps for its deals with JD.com (HKG:9618) to meet growing demand from the parent company's expanding operations, according to two Hong Kong filings on Thursday.
Under the amended supply chain solutions and logistics services framework agreement, caps will increase to 110 billion yuan for 2025 and 210 billion yuan for 2026, from 72.3 billion yuan and 86.7 billion yuan, respectively.
The revisions reflect rising volumes from JD.com's food delivery business and JD Logistics' planned acquisition of JD.com's on-demand delivery units, the filing said.
Separately, under the procurement framework agreement covering purchases of logistics equipment, vehicles, and related services from JD Group, JD Logistics doubled its annual caps to 1 billion yuan for 2025 and 2 billion yuan for 2026.
JD Logistics said the updates will ensure stable supply, improve efficiency, and support its expanding logistics and supply chain operations.
