Ryzon Materials Says Fund's Trustee Agrees to Capitalise Secured Debt

Ryzon Materials (ASX:RYZ) said FX Funds Management has agreed to capitalise the principal, interest, and other charges of the secured debt at AU$0.05 per share with a free option for every two shares issued, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will issue 339.8 million shares and 169.9 million options, subject to shareholder approval, the filing said.
The options have an exercise price of AU$0.05 per share and will mature three years from the date of issue, the filing added.
