Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE) said late Tuesday it reached agreements with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of about 8.5 million of its shares through an oversubscribed private placement.
The company expects to generate gross proceeds of $400 million from the offering, which is scheduled to close on or about Friday.
