Sprinklr appointed Anthony Coletta, a former executive at SAP, as chief financial officer.

The customer-experience software company said Coletta previously served as chief investor relations officer at SAP, before which he was chief financial officer for SAP North America.

Coletta will receive a base salary of $460,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus worth 90% his salary. He will also receive an equity award valued at $5 million.

Sprinklr's former CFO Manish Sarin said last month he would step down from his role.

The company appointed Chief Executive Rory Read as its interim CFO at the time.
