0221 GMT - NetEase's shares may rise further as its new game titles bring in additional revenue, Morningstar says. The Chinese videogame developer has an expanding game portfolio that continues to show strong user engagement, analyst Ivan Su says. Spending per user has increased despite macroeconomic uncertainties, he adds. He expects NetEase's earnings to be more stable given game revenue has diversified further. He also notes investor sentiment toward the Chinese videogame sector is improving thanks to a more constructive regulatory environment. Morningstar raises its fair-value estimate on NetEase's ADRs to US$200.00 from US$170.00 and on its Hong Kong-listed shares to HK$309.00 from HK$264.00. ADRs and shares were last at US$151.04 and HK$232.80, respectively. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
