WT Microelectronics (TPE:3036) booked consolidated sales of about NT$134.9 billion for September, up 60% versus a year earlier, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares gained over 2% in Wednesday's afternoon trade.
Sales also rose 34.8% from August, it said.
