Volaris Reports Higher Passenger Demand, Capacity Growth in September

Volaris (VLRS) said Tuesday that its passenger demand, measured as revenue passenger miles, rose 1% to 2.30 billion in September from 2.28 billion a year ago.
Capacity for the month, measured as available seat miles, rose 2.9% to 2.76 billion from 2.68 billion a year ago, Volaris said.
The company said its September consolidated load factor decreased to 83.4% compared with 85% last year.
Volaris said it transported nearly 2.4 million passengers in September, up from 2.3 million the same month last year.
