Global Indemnity Group (GBLI) said Friday that its Penn-America Underwriters subsidiary is launching its inaugural reinsurance managing general agency.
The new agency is a partnership with George Dragonetti, who will also be its president, according to the statement.
Global Indemnity Group said the reinsurance managing general agency is part of its strategy to expand capabilities across specialized insurance and reinsurance solutions.
