NewMarket (NEU) completed the acquisition of Mars TopCo, the parent company of Calca Solutions, which manufactures propellants for advanced aerospace and defense applications.
The terms of the transaction weren't disclosed. Lake Charles, Louisiana-based Calca had been a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners.
The acquisition is projected to boost net income in 2026, NewMarket said Wednesday in a statement.
