Celebrates Construction Milestone for Signia by Hilton Indianapolis** Indianapolis, IN - Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. marked a major milestone as the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis hotel topped off at 38 stories, transforming the city's skyline. The project, financed by the City of Indianapolis with $625 million in hotel revenue bonds, is the first Signia by Hilton property in both Indiana and the Midwest. Partners include construction manager AECOM Hunt, Ratio Design, Central Indiana Building and Construction Trades, and FA Wilhelm Construction. The new hotel will feature a Sky Lounge and Mezzanine on the top floors, offering panoramic views of downtown. With over 2,300 construction jobs created and more than 100 local subcontractors involved, the project has already completed nearly 50 guest rooms and installed the majority of its 5,900 glass panes.
