A Mixue (HKG:2097) outlet in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou was seen to have rats roaming in its premise, according to footage captured by a customer, The Standard reported Wednesday.
Staff blamed the rodents on a nearby restaurant and later claimed the issue had been dealt with, the report said.
Meanwhile, authorities in Zhengzhou said they would visit the outlet and handle any violations if confirmed.
