Wisdom Education (HKG:6068) subsidiary Dongguan Ruixing will perform school management services to Yunfu High School, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Shares closed 2% lower on Thursday.
The services contract is valid from Oct. 1, 2025 to Aug. 31, 2028, the filing said.
