Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited reported revenue of RMB77,322.1 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025, compared with RMB82,421.4 million for the same period in 2024. Profit attributable to owners of the parent was RMB1,011.4 million, down from RMB1,579.6 million in the prior year period. Profit for the period totaled RMB924.1 million, compared to RMB1,500.0 million a year earlier. Cost of sales and services provided for the first half of 2025 stood at RMB73,112.8 million, versus RMB77,495.2 million in 2024. Gross profit for the period was RMB4,209.3 million, down from RMB4,926.2 million. Profit from operations reached RMB1,905.1 million, compared to RMB2,755.7 million in the same period last year. In the after-sales services segment, revenue rose to RMB11.45 billion for the first half of 2025, a year-on-year increase of 4.4%. Gross profit for this segment reached RMB5.44 billion, an 8.1% increase from a year earlier. The segment saw 4.00 million after-sales service visits from an active customer base of 4.54 million, representing year-on-year increases of 1.7% and 15.2% respectively. Zhongsheng Group stated that it continues to prioritize business density in core cities, local market brand concentration, customer engagement, and facility efficiency optimization as part of its ongoing strategy.
