** Cerebras Systems, a Silicon Valley startup aiming to take on Nvidia <NVDA.O> by producing a dinner-plate-sized AI computing chip, on Tuesday said it raised $1.1 billion and added 1789 Capital, the venture firm where Donald Trump Jr. is a partner, as an investor.nL6N3VG135

** The European Commission said it has given its green light to the acquisition of fashion group Versace by Italy's Prada <1913.F>.nL5N3VH0SM

** Kuwait, a top oil producer, attracted substantial demand for its three-part bond offering on Tuesday, indicating strong investor appetite for the state's first sovereign U.S. dollar issue since 2017.nL2N3VH0BD

** Italy's NewPrinces has completed the acquisition of a plant in northern Italy from the world's biggest spirits producer Diageo <DGE.L> for 100 million euros ($117 million), it reported.nL5N3VH0QU

** ABO Energy <AB9.DE> has mandated private bank Metzler to advise it on a deal that could see the German renewables firm's founders cede control to an outside investor, a spokesperson for the company said on Tuesday.nL5N3VH05F

** Britain's competition regulator said it has started a probe into the merger between Norway's Subsea 7 <SUBC.OL> and Italy's Saipem <SPMI.MI> for probable competition concerns in the energy services sector.nL3N3VH0WH

** Japan's Nippon Steel 5401.T reported it had bought a 30% stake in Canada's Kami iron ore project, forming a joint venture with Australia's Champion Iron CIA.AX and Sojitz 2768.T to secure high-grade ore supplies for direct reduced iron.nL2N3VH09A

** TKMS, the defence business that German conglomerate Thyssenkrupp aims to spin off this autumn, plans to raise its profit margin to more than 7% to close a gap with rivals, banking on soaring military demand amid fears of Russian aggression.nL5N3VH098

** Australian natural gas producer Tamboran Resources TBN.AX has inked an agreement to acquire Irish oil and gas firm Falcon Oil & Gas FO.V in a cash-plus-stock deal valued at C$239 million ($171.81 million), the two companies reported.nL6N3VH0G0

** Cosmetics maker Coty COTY.N has launched a strategic review of its consumer beauty business, it said, as it plans to focus on the more profitable fragrances unit.nL3N3VH0DI

** Australia's Seven West Media SWM.AX said it would merge with Southern Cross Media SXL.AX to create a A$417 million ($273.97 million) metropolitan and regional media group to better compete with global streaming platforms.nL3N3VG1I6

** Turkish Airlines THYAO.IS and Bahrain's flag-carrier Gulf Air have signed a memorandum of understanding to boost cooperation, Turkey's flag-carrier said, adding the accord aimed to drive mutual growth and business development.nL5N3VH0BD

** Kuwait has started accepting bids for a three-part U.S. dollar-denominated bond offering with 3-year, 5-year and 10-year maturities, fixed income news service IFR reported.nL2N3VH05S

** Vopak VOPA.AS has entered into an exclusive agreement with shipping firm Seapeak to provide a floating and regasification unit for its liquefied natural gas import terminal project in Australia, the Dutch tank storage firm reported.nL6N3VH06P
