Kaisa Group (HKG:1638) said the High Court of Hong Kong has dismissed a winding-up petition against the company, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
There are no outstanding winding-up petitions against it as of the announcement date, the filing said.
Shares of the property developer jumped nearly 4% in Monday's mid-day trade.
