GD Culture Group (GDC) said Tuesday it has struck a share exchange deal to acquire Pallas Capital's assets, including 7,500 bitcoin, for about 39.2 million GD shares.

GD shares slumped about 29% as intraday trading volume rose to over 737,000 from a daily average of about 115,000.

Bionano Genomics (BNGO) shares sank 39% after it priced its public offering of shares and warrants to raise about $10 million.

More than 10.3 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 199,000.

Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) shares were down over 6% after

TD Cowen downgraded the stock to hold from buy, with over 65 million shares traded versus a daily average of about 70 million.

Separately, Walt Disney (DIS), Warner Bros., and Comcast's (CMCSA) Universal jointly sued Chinese AI company MiniMax in federal court on Tuesday for allegedly stealing their intellectual property to build its video-generating service Hailuo AI, according to media reports. The three companies did not immediately reply to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
