Apollo Micro Systems (NSE:APOLLO, BOM:540879) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Sibersentinel Technologies and Zoom Technologies (India) to jointly design, develop, and deploy advanced cybersecurity solutions, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian bourses.
The partnership will combine Apollo's domain expertise in defense-grade electronic systems with Sibersentinel and Zoom Technologies' cybersecurity capabilities to offer indigenous digital protection solutions aimed at government agencies, statutory bodies, financial institutions, and other critical infrastructure sectors.
The company's shares were up over 1% in recent trade.
