Co-Diagnostics (CODX) said Wednesday it priced a registered direct offering of about 9.6 million common shares at $0.40 per share for gross proceeds of about $3.8 million.
The company said it plans to use proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on or about Thursday, for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Shares of Co-Diagnostics were down 29% in recent trading Wednesday.
