ChowChow Cloud International Holdings (CHOW) said late Wednesday it completed its initial public offering of 2.99 million shares at $4 each for about $12 million in gross proceeds.
The IPO includes 390,000 overallotment shares.
The shares started trading on the NYSE American under the symbol CHOW Tuesday.
