Eroad (ASX:ERD, NZE:ERD) received notice that Regal Funds Management, a unit of Regal Partners (ASX:RPL), decreased its holdings in the company to 12.442% from 13.445%, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Regal Funds now owns 23.3 million shares in the company, the filing said.
