Stocks to Watch Tuesday: Tesla, Oracle, Chipotle -- WSJ

Oracle $(ORCL)$: The tech giant co-founded by Republican megadonor Larry Ellison is expected to be involved in the deal to preserve TikTok's access to the U.S., the outlines of which were reached Monday. Shares rose about 3.5% ahead of the open.

Dave & Buster's Entertainment $(PLAY)$: Shares of the arcade-restaurant operator sank 17% premarket trading after it logged another quarter of declining same-store sales.

New York Times $(NYT)$: President Trump filed a $15 billion defamation lawsuit against the newspaper late Monday. Shares of the parent company fell in thin premarket trading.

Tesla $(TSLA)$: The electric-car maker's shares rose about 2% premarket, poised to build on Monday's gains. Tesla stock jumped last session after Chief Executive Elon Musk bought about $1 billion worth of the company's shares.

Hesai $(HSAI)$: The car-sensor maker made a solid trading debut in Hong Kong, joining the wave of Chinese companies that have sought secondary listings there. Hesai already had a Nasdaq-listed stock, but the company has been labeled a national-security concern by Washington.

Chipotle Mexican Grill $(CMG)$: The burrito chain's stock climbed 2% premarket after the company authorized an additional $500 million share buyback.
