American Uranium (ASX:AMU) said Nasdaq-listed Snow Lake Resources completed its investment in the company and now holds a 9.9% stake, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Snow Lake Resources owns a 50% interest in the Pine Ridge joint venture project in Wyoming with Global Uranium and Enrichment (ASX:GUE), which borders American Uranium's Lo Herma project, the filing said.
