ePlus (PLUS) said Wednesday its OneCloud Consulting subsidiary has acquired all operating assets of automated data analysis firm Realwave.
With the acquisition, ePlus will aim to strengthen its portfolio its AI-enabled, data and deep learning offerings, the company said.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
