German testing and certification organization Verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) gave Samsung Electronics' (KRX:005930) 2025 OLED (SF95) TV its "Real Black" certification, the electronic products maker said in a Monday release.
The certification was issued keeping in mind the OLED TV's advanced Glare-Free 2.0 technology that lowers reflections and delivers vivid images even in bright environments, the release said.
Shares of Samsung Electronics rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
